Patricia's family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to everyone for all their love, support, condolences and kind words at this difficult time.
If you wish, donations in memory of Patricia, would be gratefully received by King's College Hospital Charity, where she was cared for following her stroke in December 2022, enabling her family to enjoy a precious extra 12 months of life with their Mum/Nana/Grana.
